Before Dispatch
Cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped.

Refunds for approved cancellations processed via original payment.
1 & 2. Order Cancellation & How to Cancel
You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible (though you may return it per our Return & Refund Policy).
To request cancellation, contact support immediately with:
- Order Number & Customer Name
- Contact Number & Reason for Cancellation
3 & 4. Approval & Refunds
Approval: Approved if not processed/shipped; declined if packed, shipped, or delivered (confirmation sent via email/phone).
Refunds: Issued within 7–10 business days via original payment method if prepaid.
5. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
- Already shipped orders
- Custom-made or special-order products
- Bulk, wholesale, or B2B orders in production/procurement
- Promotion or clearance sale items
6 & 7. Incorrect Orders & Cancellation by BESHTECH
Incorrect Orders: Contact us immediately; we will try to modify/cancel if unprocessed.
Cancelled by Us: We reserve the right to cancel due to stock unavailability, payment verification failures, pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or force majeure (full refunds issued if paid).
